We collect information about you when you view products in our store, and during the checkout process via our shop provider WooCommerce.

PayPal Holdings Inc.
PayPal is a multinational financial technology company operating a secure online payments system for online vendors and other commercial users. We use the PayPal plugin, ‘WooCommerce PayPal Payments’ by WooCommerce to redirect you to the PayPal platform to finalise the purchase. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Fiserv Inc.
First Data Connect is a payment gateway that allows you to pay online securely using credit card. Now operated by Fiserv, this payment gateway is one of the most popular solutions in the Western world. We use a plugin called ‘WordPress woocommerce first data merchant solutions payment plugin’ by Sellxed to connect customers to the Fiserv gateway. No credit card data is saved by the plugin. Afterpay Ltd.
Afterpay is an Australian financial technology company best known for its buy now, pay later service.We use the plugin, ‘Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce’ by Afterpay to redirect you to AfterPay to finalise the purchase. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Afterpay, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Shipping:

To take advantage of the real-time shipping rates, fulfill orders and track shipments, certain information about you (as it relates to shipping) will be passed to the respective mailing service.

Information shared with a shipping provider includes city and postcode, to calculate shipping rates. All data that flows between our site and Automattic (WooCommerce), and between Automattic and Australian post, is encrypted, end to end, via HTTPS.

Tax calculations:

Tax Calculations are provided by TaxJar. TaxJar receives information related to your purchase, including the value of goods in your cart, the value of shipping, and your address. All data that flows between your site and Automattic , and between Automattic and TaxJar, is encrypted, end to end, via HTTPS. Information we collect in website forms, such as contact and sign-up forms

In filling out our contact form for an enquiry, we do not store your details and only use your details to help you with your enquiry. We do not forward or sell your details, nor do we add your details to our newsletter/marketing subscriptions without your consent.

We use MailChimp to manage newsletter and marketing subscriptions.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter and marketing emails at any time, and when you do, your status is changed in your contact record in Mailchimp so that you do not receive any further marketing from us.

Information we collect if you leave a comment on the website

If we have comments enabled and you leave a comment on our website you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. AutomateWoo

We use the AutomateWoo plugin to automate processes of our store, for example sending out an abandoned cart email to customers who have left items in their cart over a period of time.

We use cookies to remember who you are when browsing our site and to store the contents of your cart for the purpose of reminding you. We store a copy of your cart in our database for 60 days for the purpose of reminding you when your cart is abandoned.

We keep a log of some of the communication that we have with you which may include marketing and transactional emails and/or SMS messages. These are kept for the purpose of improving our marketing and communication with you and other customers. These logs are retained until you request removal of your data.

YITH WooCommerce Wishlist

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Products you’ve added to the wishlist: we’ll use this to show you and other users your favourite products, and to create targeted email campaigns.
Wishlists you’ve created: we’ll keep track of the wishlists you create, and make them visible to the store staff

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, Administrators, Shop Managers and our Web designer/developer can access:

Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Who we share your data with

We will never sell or ‘rent out’ your information to any third party. We do not purchase mailing lists. Disclosure of your personal information is only done under very strict limitations.
