Garden Sparkle will continue to trade online for as long as it is authorized and ship Worldwide for as long as it is safe to do so ( see details below).
I understand that you and your loved ones are currently facing challenges never seen or experienced before. These are also unprecedented times in business. As we all navigate our way through the COVID19 crisis, I would like to assure you that the safety and well being of family, friends and customers is of paramount importance to me.
Here at Garden Sparkle I am taking every precaution:
- Following the guidelines of both the WHO and the Australian Government.
- Hygiene and cleaning routines have been increased.
- Touch points are being minimized as much as possible during the picking and packing process.
- We have ceased any non-essential travel.
- Abiding by social distancing guidelines.
- Working with our shipping partners to provide contactless delivery including ‘knock and drop’ and ATL (authority to leave) by the front door or specified location.
Order Turn Around Time:
During this peak ordering time, currently order turn around time is 1-3 business days. This means once you place your order it will be shipped out one to three days after payments clears. Where possible orders will be sent out the same as the order was placed depending on the volume of orders being processed at the time. For very urgent orders please contact Fairy Jayne and she will endeavor to ship your urgent order out the same – next business day.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically by an online post calculator system upon checkout. To get an estimate of shipping during shopping, view your cart and select the ‘calculate shipping’ option. If you feel there has been a miscalculation please contact Fairy Jayne immediately.

This offer applies to orders placed and delivered within Australia. When your product order is over $150 and you go through the checkout you will see that you have the option of ‘Free Shipping’ (free standard post for you). Please note if you opt for free shipping it will be sent by standard post with tracking via Australia Post or a preferred courier. Delivery time frame will be 5-10 business days depending on your location. Multiple orders may not be combined. One order needs to be placed.
Delivery Time Frame
Delivery options are:
- Standard Post with tracking (5-7 business days but up to 10 business days for WA and TAS). Please note that delays are expected Australia wide due to covid19.
- Express Post (NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT BECAUSE AUSTRALIA POST HAS REMOVED THEIR GUARANTEE OF DELIVERING THIS SERVICE) with tracking (2-3 business days. Possibly 4 business days for isolated rural areas). Please note that delays are expected Australia wide due to covid19.
- International Post with tracking (dependent on area).
When deciding on postal service please keep in mind that we post off orders the next business day once payment has been received Please allow for delays in delivery during extreme weather conditions.
Who Delivers Your Order
Orders are sent through Australia Post and various couriers of our choice. See above for ‘Delivery Time Frames’.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from Australia Post or the Courier advising you of your reference number (for tracking purposes) and delivery status. If it is not in your inbox please check your junk mail folder as it may be there. If you do not receive an email please contact Fairy Jayne immediately.
Payment Methods
- Direct Bank Transfer – your order will be dispatched once payment has been received in full. If payment has not been received within 3 working days, without making contact with Fairy Jayne, Garden Sparkle reserves the right to cancel your order.
- PayPal – Pay via your PayPal account

Garden Sparkle Accounts
If you are a regular customer to Garden Sparkle, it is highly recommended that you create a Garden Sparkle account. Your details will be retained for future visits, allowing you to order quickly and efficiently. Your Garden Sparkle account will also allow you to check on the status of your order and create wish lists for future that you can share with friends and family.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are a wonderful option for gift giving. Once purchased, your Gift Voucher will be emailed to you or the gift recipient as a printable PDF. Once received, contact Fairy Jayne through the ‘contact’ tab on the website to receive your unique code. This code can then be used to purchase items on the Garden Sparkle website, but does not include postage or exchange for cash. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Large Orders
In the case of large orders, your items may be sent in more than one package. Please check your email for notifications and tracking details so that you can follow the progress of your items.
Returns
Damaged Goods
Fairy Jayne takes all due care to ensure that your order is packaged and delivered safe and sound however; if your order has been damaged in transit, please contact Fairy Jayne within 7 working days of receiving your package. Garden Sparkle will replace or refund any damaged or faulty products and pay for return postage on receipt and evaluation of the goods by Garden Sparkle. Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted for a change of heart or if items are damaged whilst the items are being unpacked or used. Our aim is to resolve any damaged orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to enable you to get on with the business of fairy creation! In the case of discontinued stock, Fairy Jayne will replace your item with another item of equivalent value.
Handmade Products
Please note that Garden Sparkle cannot guarantee exact colour matching and eccentricities of handmade items – this makes them all the more interesting, quirky and magical!
